With ClubTyra, you can earn ClubTyra points with purchases at Tyra Motorworks, Tyra Mobile and events, hotels, attractions, etc. on Hotels.com, Tiqets.com, Trip.com, QeeQ.com, etc.  You can redeem earned points for gift cards or donate to a good cause.

Unfortunately not, all members should verify their ID to join ClubTyra. This is to ensure the integrity and safety of the ClubTyra program. ID verifications are handled by our partner Stripe to ensure your data is processed securely in compliance with regulatory requirements.

If you accidentally sent your ClubTyra card to someone else from your digital wallet, you can freeze your ClubTyra card from the ClubTyra dashboard ASAP and contact ClubTyra member support to get a new ClubTyra card issued. (WARNING: This will result in the current ClubTyra card being terminated. Rewards will not be affected for reissue of a new ClubTyra card).

The newer version of the ClubTyra dashboard allows members to install their ClubTyra card from the dashboard itself to their digital wallet e.g. Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

ClubTyra is not a UK FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) approved service product therefore ClubTyra points cannot be withdrawn in the form of cash and can only be redeemed for gift cards, purchases with Tyra Motorworks, Tyra Mobile and its partners and donations to charitable organizations.

Yes, unused ClubTyra points will expire after 1 year from the date of transaction.
